Job description

Temporary Member Experience Specialist

Full-Time Temporary Assignment | September 2026 - March 2027
Preferred Location: Jacksonville, FL or Columbus, OH
Schedule Options: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

We are seeking two Member Experience Specialists to join our team for a long-term temporary assignment from September 2026 through March 2027. In this role, you will serve as a key support resource for member credit unions by providing technical assistance, managing user access requests, and helping end users navigate authentication and login-related issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding member support, and applying strong attention to detail in an operational setting.

What You'll Do

As a Member Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member credit unions by responding to inquiries, concerns, and support requests related to products and services.
  • Provide multi-factor authentication and login assistance to end users through an automated call distribution system.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and escalate priority concerns when appropriate.
  • Accurately document member interactions and support activities within call logs and support systems.
  • Process requests to Add, Change, or Delete user access within Single Sign-On portals and endpoint systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and assist users with username, password, and authentication-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during system outages or failures, communicate updates to users, and help drive issue resolution.
  • Follow established procedures while maintaining flexibility to support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of progressive experience in:
    • Customer service
    • Product support
    • Payment processing
    • Operations support
    • Financial services or credit union environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and navigate proprietary and vendor-provided authentication and access management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network troubleshooting concepts.
  • Experience with authentication, user access management, or support ticketing systems is a plus.
