Talent Acquisition Specialist

Client in a stable manufacturing environment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations while assisting with plant and administrative hiring needs. Salary is $45-$50k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST:

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruiting efforts for plant and administrative roles using Indeed and internal pipelines
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate with hiring managers and support onboarding and file management processes
  • Maintain employee records, reporting, and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with additional HR functions such as timekeeping and compliance support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience using Indeed for sourcing candidates required
  • Exposure to HR functions such as onboarding or HRIS systems plus
