Our company is looking for a Quality Manager who doesn't just want to enforce standards, but to actually improve how we operate.

Wehave a strong foundation, but we know we can be more consistent, efficient, and data-driven. You won’t just be handed a checklist; you’llhave the autonomy to assess our current processes, identify the gapsthat cause the most friction, and build practical, lasting solutionsthat our teams will actually want to follow.

Wevalue professionals who are as skilled at solving problems as they areat spotting them. Your success won’t be measured by how many audits youconduct, but by how much smoother and more predictable our operationsbecome.

The Role

AsQuality Manager, you will take ownership of assigned qualityinitiatives and work across departments to improve consistency, efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes.

Youwill serve as a trusted resource to operational leadership, helpingidentify quality risks, investigate recurring issues, establishcorrective actions, and develop sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

  • Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
  • Establish and track quality objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure teams understand and consistently follow established quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and eliminate recurring problems.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
  • Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct or coordinate quality reviews, assessments, and internal audits.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate quality documentation and records.
  • Support external audits and customer quality requirements when applicable.

Performance & Reporting

  • Analyze quality data and prepare clear reports for leadership.
  • Develop dashboards and performance measurements where appropriate.
  • Communicate quality issues, trends, and recommendations to management.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with operations, project management, technology, and business teams.
  • Provide guidance and support when quality issues arise.
