Certified Surgical Tech
Full Time / Competitive Pay
MLR currently looking for a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a dynamic team. If you are passionate about surgical care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!
Certified Surgical Tech Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent.
  • Valid state certification or license, if applicable.
  • Proficiency in surgical instrumentation, sterilization techniques, and aseptic practices.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
Certified Surgical Tech Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and sterilize the operating room and surgical instruments before procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams by providing necessary instruments and supplies during surgeries.
  • Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure, following infection control protocols.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and proactively address them.
  • Monitor and manage sterile field and surgical instruments to ensure safety and efficiency.
