16 James Hematology Oncology - D/N or N - AYA OFFER (MED SURG UNIT) If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department's needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. HEMATOLOGY ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

MEDSURG EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ONS CERTIFICATION PREFFERED ($) Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 • Weekends - variable based on unit needs • No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff • Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule • First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift.
