ServicePoint has a customer seeking a Jr. Coordinator for a 9-month remote position but must be local to Columbus, OH. This will be an 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday schedule; however will be asked to go into one of the customer locations at times in the Columbus, OH region
Requirements:
An IT Project Coordinator organizes the logistics, documentation, and scheduling for information technology projects, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within scope. They bridge the gap between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders by tracking project milestones, managing resources, and preparing status reports.
  • Project Scheduling & Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables to keep tasks on track.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk logs.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist with tracking project resources (team members, equipment, software) and managing vendor processes.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
