Summary
As a Workforce Management Senior Analyst at Gainwell, you will support enterprise workforce planning, staffing alignment, and labor utilization activities across Gainwell's project portfolio. This role partners with account leaders, delivery teams, functional organizations, and project stakeholders to align workforce supply with forecasted demand and business priorities. You will leverage workforce data, forecasting insights, and operational metrics to support staffing decisions, resource allocation, fulfillment strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role in our mission
When joining Gainwell, you will:
  • Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts, functional teams, and project delivery organizations.
  • Analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, utilization, billability, and resource allocation to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify staffing gaps, fulfillment risks, and resource constraints; partner with leaders to implement solutions that support operational and delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, account stakeholders, and supplier partners to align workforce supply with business demand and staffing priorities.
  • Support workforce reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance visibility, decision-making, and workforce governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy, resource optimization, staffing efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, project management, delivery operations, or related business disciplines.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, staffing, labor utilization, resource allocation, and workforce planning activities in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables, with experience supporting workforce reporting, staffing plans, and resource models.

  • Fully remote work environment supporting workforce planning and resource management activities across multiple locations and time zones.

  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $69,400 - $99,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
