Digital Demand Generation Manager
Location: Remote, USA Work Arrangement: Remote
The Digital Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that create, accelerate, and measure pipeline growth within assigned regions, industries, or market segments. This role owns end-to-end demand generation planning and performance, utilizing a range of marketing levers including digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, SDR alignment, content activation, and field marketing integration.
The Digital Demand Generation Manager is accountable for pipeline performance, forecasting, optimization, and revenue impact. This position collaborates closely with Field Marketing, SDR, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, and Campaign teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Demand Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
  • Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.
  • Own demand strategy for assigned regions, industries, or market segments.
  • Build quarterly and annual pipeline generation plans and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline health and recommend actions to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Operate with accountability for measurable pipeline contribution and business outcomes.

Campaign & Program Execution
  • Design and execute integrated demand programs utilizing digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions.
  • Partner with Global Campaigns and internal stakeholders to deploy and optimize campaign playbooks.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, scale, and performance.
  • Activate marketing tactics across the buyer journey to generate and accelerate opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Team Alignment
  • Partner directly with Sales counterparts, SDRs, Account Executives, and Partner teams to align marketing investments with business priorities.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, account planning, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Establish strong alignment around target accounts, campaign follow-up, and pipeline progression.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing teams to maximize pipeline performance.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans and coordinated execution.
  • Influence stakeholders and align teams around shared pipeline goals.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure demand generation effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign, audience, and pipeline performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness preferred.
Pay Transparency
The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable laws.
