POSITION:
  • Controls Technician
LOCATION:
  • Columbus, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
  • Ability to perform Project Manager responsibilities, minus financials
  • Tridium N4 certified or experienced
  • Well versed in point-to-point check-out and commissioning protocols
  • Knowledge of communication protocol integration: BACnet, LonMark, Modbus, etc.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot controls BAS systems
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with end users, general contractors, as well as building owners
  • Familiarity working with Control databases
  • Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
  • Ability to program, troubleshoot, and rewrite sequences
