A top-tier Data Center and Building Automation Solutions provider is seeking an experienced BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) to join their team in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for controls professionals with strong programming, integration, and system engineering backgrounds. Position Details:
  • Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, program, and test BAS controllers and sequences of operation for various systems.
  • Create and review BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and detailed control drawings.
  • Configure, integrate, and optimize building networks using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
  • Provide remote technical support to project managers, field personnel, and commissioning teams.
  • Commission control applications, validate performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain engineering standards and promote consistent programming practices across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with HVAC, MEP, mechanical, and IT professionals on multifaceted projects.
  • Troubleshoot BMS networks, servers, field devices, and IoT components as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Background as a Controls Technician, Programmer, or Application Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in BAS programming, troubleshooting, and integration.
  • Experience with any major BAS product line; Tridium Niagara is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working within cross-functional engineering environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
