Job description

Corporate Responsibility amp; Sustainability Manager
At LeaderPromos, we believe business should create value for everyone it touches—clients, employees, communities, suppliers, and the environment.
As a Certified B Corporation and one of the promotional products industry’s most recognized organizations, we are committed to proving that commercial success and positive impact can go hand in hand.
We’re seeking a strategic, passionate, and action-oriented Corporate Responsibility amp; Sustainability Manager to lead and evolve our sustainability and impact programs. This is an opportunity to build meaningful initiatives, influence company-wide decisions, strengthen our B Corp leadership position, and help shape how responsible business is practiced across our organization and industry.
If you’re energized by creating measurable change, translating purpose into action, and leading sustainability initiatives that drive both business and social value, we’d love to meet you.
Your Mission
You will serve as the internal champion and strategic leader for sustainability, corporate responsibility, ESG performance, and B Corp certification. You will guide LeaderPromos’ impact strategy, oversee our B Impact Assessment and certification requirements, engage stakeholders across the organization, and develop initiatives that advance our commitment to using business as a force for good.
This role combines strategy, project leadership, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management to ensure sustainability remains integrated into how we operate, grow, and serve our clients.
What You’ll Lead
B Corp Strategy amp; Certification Leadership
  • Own and manage LeaderPromos’ B Corp certification and recertification process.
  • Lead completion of the new B Impact Assessment and ensure alignment with evolving B Lab standards.
  • Develop action plans to improve impact performance across Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.
  • Monitor emerging B Corp requirements and proactively prepare the organization for future standards.
  • Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on B Corp principles and responsible business practices
Sustainability amp; ESG Program Development
  • Follow and execute the company’s sustainability and corporate responsibility roadmap.
  • Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators related to environmental, social, and governance performance. Understand targets and prioritize the importance of each goal and initiative.
  • Track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive accountability across departments.
  • Lead initiatives focused on environmental stewardship, employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and ethical business practices.
  • Review current programs and work with leadership to make sure future employee participation happens at the right time based on balancing business needs.
Impact Measurement amp; Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability and impact data across the organization.
  • Learn new ways to report this information back to our clients and show their impact.
  • Lead annual impact reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Create meaningful metrics that demonstrate progress and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting for certification and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement amp; Culture Building
  • Collaborate with employees, leadership, clients, suppliers, and community partners to advance impact initiatives.
  • Build employee engagement programs that strengthen participation in sustainability and social impact efforts.
  • Facilitate education and awareness programs that deepen understanding of B Corp values and responsible business practices at appropriate times.
  • Represent LeaderPromos in industry groups, sustainability forums, B Corp networks, and community partnerships.
Strategic Project Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional sustainability initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen operational efficiency while advancing environmental and social impact goals.
  • Support client-facing sustainability conversations and help position LeaderPromos as an industry leader in responsible business.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
  • Strengthen LeaderPromos’ B Corp performance and certification readiness.
  • Establish a clear sustainability roadmap with measurable goals and accountability.
  • Improve client reporting within our current supply chain to help track their progress.
  • Enhance sustainability reporting and performance tracking.
  • Identify and learn the New Revised B Lab assessment for LeaderPromos to be ready and compliant for our next assessment late 2027.
  • Elevate LeaderPromos’ reputation as a leader in responsible business and sustainable branded merchandise solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Corporate Responsibility, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, impact management, CSR, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with B Corp certification, B Impact Assessment, or B Lab standards.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability measurement practices.
  • Knowledge of the promotional products industry or consumer products sector.
  • Experience preparing sustainability, impact, or ESG reports.
