Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee offsite manufacturing efforts at a facility in Spokane, WA. This role involves providing modular products to mission-critical and semiconductor projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment. You will join an established and diverse team where you can make an immediate impact, thriving in a collaborative setting, passionate about problem-solving and goal achievement.

Responsibilities
  • Transition project management and engineering activities from the design to the construction phase.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Prepare client and subcontractor change orders.
  • Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
  • Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coach and mentor project team members.
  • Develop project staffing plans including labor and subcontractors.
Essential Skills
  • 4+ years' experience in construction management or manufacturing, overseeing material procurement and developing scopes of work.
  • Experience with subcontractor buyout, budget management, and approving change orders.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or SureTrak.
  • Experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor is highly preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting and financial management is highly preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
