Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager IV in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex cloud infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving execution, collaborating with highly technical engineering teams, and ensuring critical cloud projects are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and thrives in environments where priorities shift quickly. You will be expected to remove roadblocks, drive timelines, and keep teams moving forward.
Key Tasks:
* Lead multiple cloud infrastructure projects from planning through execution and delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
* Drive Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and status meetings
* Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
* Track project health, identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively communicate status to leadership
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
* Manage ticket triage by identifying issues, gathering missing information, and routing work to the appropriate technical teams
* Prepare executive-level status updates and project documentation
* Continuously improve project processes and delivery methodologies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience managing projects within a public cloud environment
* AWS or Azure experience will also be considered
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including:
* Cloud migrations
* Networking
* DNS
* Firewalls
* Infrastructure architecture
Experience with:
* GitOps
* Jira
* Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven ability to manage:
* Project timelines
* Risks
* Dependencies
* Deliverables
* Executive communications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience is highly preferred
* Cloud infrastructure or cloud migration projects

* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
