The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will:
- Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Take ownership of project controls: forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ensure every project document - from contracts to meeting minutes - is timely, accurate, and properly distributed.
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up until they're complete.
- Manage project financials: prepare invoices, track vendor payments, and support monthly accounting.
- Be the "go-to" person for detail, organization, and accountability within the project team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project administration, controls, or accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Procore or MS Project a plus.
- Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, or project reporting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Legal, Construction Management preferred.
