BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Columbus In-Home)

Compensation :

  • $65-$85/hour (Based on experience)
  • Salary is an option for the right candidate
  • Quarterly and annual bonus incentives
  • Paid time off (Earn up to 10 days/year) plus 9 paid holidays
  • 401K with company match

Schedule :

  • Flexible full-time schedule
  • 25 billable hours per week
  • Session hours are limited to Monday Friday, 9am 6pm
  • No late evening or weekend requirements!

Environment :

  • We provide services in homes, at school, in daycares, and in the community
  • This is a hybrid position with in-person requirements in and around Columbus, OH

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior intervention strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.

Requirements :

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and medical documentation practices.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient care and medical records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
