Bloom Behavioral Solutions is a local, family-owned multidisciplinary practice providing rehabilitative services to individuals between the ages of 19 months to 22 years old. The practice is owned by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years in the field and specializes in Feeding Interventions. Bloom provides early intervention services, ABA therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Intervention, social skills groups, and vocational training opportunities through our community outreach program. We are looking to add compassionate members to our small but growing Speech department that are excited to work in a collaborative environment with other disciplines alongside our current Speech therapist. We are located in Atlantic Beach, but have growing opportunities within the company for additional work oppurtunities. Looking for full-time applicants but will consider part-time.


About the Role:

As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations. Your work will primarily focus on early intervention and school-aged population, helping children overcome challenges related to articulation, language disorders, and conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to develop individualized treatment plans that support each child's unique needs. Your expertise will contribute to improving the communication abilities and overall quality of life for children within clinical and educational settings. Ultimately, your efforts will empower children to achieve their full communicative potential and succeed in their social and academic environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children to identify communication disorders and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, language development, and social communication skills.
  • Provide early intervention services to support children’s speech and language progress.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and consistent therapeutic approaches.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding treatment goals and outcomes.
