What is Progressive Behavior Solutions?

Progressive Behavior Solutions is a company or organization that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) and related behavioral health services, primarily to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Their team of professionals typically includes board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) who design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills. The focus is on evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior changes and support clients and their families in achieving meaningful goals.

Behavior Technicians at Progressive Behavior Solutions work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), speech therapists, occupational therapists, and sometimes school staff to deliver coordinated care for clients. Regular team meetings, data sharing, and collaborative treatment planning ensure that each client's progress is monitored and strategies are adapted as needed. Open communication and teamwork are essential, as Behavior Technicians often implement interventions designed by other professionals and provide valuable feedback from daily sessions. This collaborative environment not only supports client success but also offers opportunities for professional development and learning.
