PEAK SEASON

  • Workdays and hours vary based on business demand.
  • May include weekends, extended shifts, and overtime.
  • Employees must be available for variable hours and days as workload increases.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to DTG Operators throughout the shift.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for production issues, quality concerns, and equipment problems.

  • Model and reinforce company safety standards and a positive team culture.

Production Operations

  • Operate DTG printing machines safely and efficiently alongside the team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Oversee batch and order loading, ensuring continuous and organized workflow throughout the shift.
  • Monitor on-time order status across the shift, proactively flagging risks and adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Support cross-training to ensure team members can flex across multiple DTG functions.

Quality Control

  • Conduct regular quality inspections of print output; identify and resolve defects or escalate as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot print issues and guide operators in corrective action to minimize downtime and waste.
  • Maintain and enforce quality standards at every stage of production.

Equipment & Workspace

  • Oversee machine setup, routine inspections, daily testing, and basic troubleshooting for all DTG equipment.
