Job Title: General Dentist
Location: Columbus, OH
Practice Type: Private Practice
Overview:
We are currently seeking a General Dentist to join our new, state-of-the-art practice in Columbus, OH. Our ideal candidate will have experience in implants, crowns, bridges, fillings, and general dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including but not limited to implants, crowns, bridges, and routine fillings.
  • Collaborate with a large support team to ensure efficient patient flow and high standards of care.
  • Maintain a productive schedule with an emphasis on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Compensation:
  • Earn up to 34% of production/collections through a tiered, performance-based compensation structure.

Practice Environment:
  • Join a large, fully built-out support team, including 6 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, 3 front desk staff, a Director of Operations, and 3 office administrators.
  • Benefit from a strong hygiene program designed to enhance patient recall and production.
Patient Volume:
  • High-volume practice with approximately 100 new patients each month.
  • Manage a patient load of 60-80 patients per day across 11 operatories, averaging 5-7 patients per operatory daily-efficient but not chaotic.
Facilities and Technology:
  • 11 operatories designed for multiple providers and hygiene scaling.
  • Equipped with advanced technology, including Dentsply Sirona equipment, intraoral cameras, and aligner capability.
  • Capable of same-day crowns and implant planning.
Implant Systems:
  • Utilize leading implant systems including Straumann, Zimmer, and Neodent.
  • Supported by proper surgical equipment, including Bien-Air surgical handpieces.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A production-driven dentist looking to maximize earnings and expand into surgical dentistry within a supportive environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume practice focused on patient care and efficiency.
