Job description

Preschool Program Manager

Are you an experienced early childhood leader who loves coaching teachers and creating high-quality learning environments? We're looking for a Preschool Program Manager to oversee our Pre-K and Head Start programs while supporting teachers, children, and families.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of our Preschool and Head Start classrooms.
  • Coach, mentor, and support teachers to help them succeed.
  • Ensure classrooms provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and behavior support.
  • Partner with families and outside specialists to support children's development.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and Head Start standards.
  • Help drive professional development and continuous program improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or Early Childhood Teaching License.
  • Director or Administrator Credential.
  • Experience with Head Start, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), PBIS, trauma-informed practices, or behavior support.
