About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Coach to lead individual player development and team development within the club. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting player growth, and creating a positive learning environment aligned with the Classics Eagles SC Game Model and Player Development Philosophy. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, committed to continuous learning, and dedicated to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Your Game Plan
Team Coaching amp; Training Delivery (60%)
  • Serve as lead coach for assigned teams and seasonal programs
  • Plan and execute training sessions aligned with the club's playing philosophy
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned team activities and match preparation
  • Create a positive, challenging, and development-focused training environment
Player Development amp; Evaluation (25%)
  • Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback that supports development
  • Assist in player identification, recruitment, and selection processes
  • Support individual player growth through ongoing feedback and development planning
  • Foster confidence, motivation, and a lifelong passion for the game
Club Leadership amp; Professional Standards (15%)
  • Build positive relationships with players, families, coaches, and club leadership
  • Uphold club policies and all player safeguarding requirements
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
  • Pursue ongoing coaching education and professional development
  • Support club initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications amp; Experience
  • Experience coaching youth soccer players, preferably ages 7–15
  • Strong understanding of player development principles and coaching methodology
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with players, families, and staff
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Additional expertise in Goalkeeping, Sports Performance, Sports Medicine, Child Development, or Psychology preferred
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
