Job description

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is actively seeking qualified individuals to join our Respiratory Therapy Program as part-time instructors. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of respiratory therapists. Whether your expertise is in the classroom or the clinical setting, you can make a meaningful impact by sharing your knowledge and experience with our students. Respiratory Therapy Clinical Instructor –

The Clinical Instructor provides clinical instruction and supervision to Respiratory Therapy students during assigned clinical experiences. This position supports student learning by guiding clinical practice, evaluating student performance, and helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for safe and effective respiratory care. The Clinical Instructor serves as a liaison between COTC and affiliated clinical sites while supporting the goals and mission of the Respiratory Therapy Program.

Adjunct Instructor -

The Adjunct Instructor provides high-quality instruction and fosters a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes student learning and success. Adjunct faculty provide instruction in assigned classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical courses based on academic program needs. Responsibilities include supporting and evaluating students, facilitating learning through effective instructional strategies, providing timely feedback, and maintaining a student-centered classroom environment.
