What You'll Do

Attendance & Time Entry Support

  • Monitor daily attendance tracker
  • Ensure employees are entering time correctly
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect time entries
  • Support timecard corrections and updates
  • Ensures inputs are clean
  • Assist with onboarding tasks:
    • Add employees to systems (Teams, trackers, etc.)
    • Coordinate training logistics
  • Support new hires with:
    • System access
    • Training completion
    • Track onboarding checklist completion

Manage training logistics (OSHA, internal programs)

  • Track completion and submit records to safety/HR
  • Support career path training coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and workspace readiness
  • Support IT coordination (basic troubleshooting, requests)
  • Assist with document organization and filing
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Assist with note-taking and distribution
  • Support communication to field teams

Travel & Logistics Support

  • Assist with travel coordination:
    • Booking support
    • Communication with travelers
    • Maintain basic travel trackers

General Project Support

  • Provide support to:
    • Project Managers
    • Superintendents
    • Project Coordinator
  • Assist with:
    • Data entry
    • Tracker updates
    • Miscellaneous operational tasks

Ad Hoc Support

  • Support site needs as assigned:
  • Events
  • Coordination tasks
  • Special projects

Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.

What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Administrative or coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
