Job description

Receptionist/Data Entry

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

2-4 years data entry experience. High School/Ged Documents. Full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation.

Non-taxable pay package for candidates more than 50 miles from facility. Sign on and contract completion bonus for right candidate. Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
