Job description

THK Manufacturing of America, Inc., a premier manufacturer of linear motion guides, is looking to grow its production team by hiring Machine Operators at our facility in Hebron, OH. This position at THK is responsible for assigned specialty machines to produce THK’s high quality precision products.

Scope of Job:
This may include machine setup and adjustments, operation, troubleshooting, changeovers, daily maintenance and inspection. Main machines include saw, milling or lathe, CNC, heat treatment, cutting, straighteners (press), grinders, and specialized hole drilling machines.
We have opportunities on
2nd Shift 3pm-11pm or 5pm- 1am
3rd Shift 11pm- 7am or 9pm-5am

Responsibilities:
  • Loading component parts into the automated machines for various machining processes
  • Cutting, grinding, milling, gauging, and inspecting parts.
  • Working with multiple types of tools, fixtures, gages and other instruments
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand amp; work on your feet for 8+ hours a day
The ideal candidate holds the following qualifications:
  • Mechanical background or past machine shop experience
  • Experience with metric system, height gauges, calipers, and micrometers
  • Experience with CNC, Mazak, and or Fanuc Haas Controllers is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Have a can-do attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
