  • Learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers.
  • Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes.
  • Accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation.
  • Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks.
  • Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Grow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership.
  • No need to know everything on day one — we provide training and ongoing support.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment works.
  • Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machinery.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes).

Why Join kdc/one?:
  • Be part of a team that helps power the beauty industry.
  • On-the-job learning with opportunities to grow your skills and career.
  • Fast-paced, positive environment where your work truly matters.
  • Competitive benefits and a future you can feel proud of.

Apply today and start building a career where learning and teamwork shine.
