Operational Supervisor -Machine Shop

LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA

Qualifications
  • Requires high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Machining or a manufacturing environment
  • Requires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
What We Are Seeking:

We're looking for hands-on Machine Shop Supervisors to lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you'll lead employee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality and productivity standards. You'll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demands with employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the success of the team.

Opportunities are available for weekdays, Monday - Thursday at night, and weekends, Friday - Sunday, both during the day and at night.
