Job description

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Inventory Control Supervisor on ways to optimize inventory control procedures and oversee the rotation of cycle counting inventory
• Train new employees in inventory control processes
• Assist Inventory Control Specialists to resolve inventory issues
• Provide guidance and direction to the Inventory Control Specialists
• Responsible for all data collection, analysis, and reporting for the department
• You will perform all inventory control tasks and functions such as: cycle counting, inventory moves, auditing, etc.
• You will investigate inventory discrepancies, discover root cause, and resolve issues via WMS
• This role will generate reports and perform data entry and analytics
• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
Requirements:
• Live FST Traits of Reliable, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and Innovative
• Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
• 1+ years' experience in inventory control
• Working knowledge of Cadence is preferred
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Accurate data entry skills
• Desire to coach and train employees
