Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Inventory Control Lead and support the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting, process and procedural auditing, and other physical and systemic inventory research tasks
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and bin location checks
  • Identify and correct inventory-related issues
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis for inventory issues
  • Resolve real-time process and procedural errors through location and order checking audits, assure 100% accuracy on each audit, and report findings back to the Inventory Control Lead, Supervisor, or Manager to help support continuous feedback and improvement across the division
  • You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

Requirements: 

  • Live FST Traits of Reliable, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and Innovative
  • Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
  • Forklift certified (if required)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written) and ability to organize data
  • Effective problem solver
  • Excellent math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of WMS inventory systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
