IT Support Analyst

Infoverity

Dublin, OH • On-site

Full-time

Posted 11 days ago

Job description

Infoverity is hiring an IT Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for our team's technology needs - laptops, accounts, applications, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on helpdesk role built for someone early in their career, with a real path into systems administration, identity management, and security operations. You will work alongside our Information Systems team and get exposure to a modern cloud-first environment: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Endpoint Management.
** THIS PERSON MUST BE LOCATED IN CENTRAL OHIO AND WILLING TO COME INTO INFOVERITY'S DUBLIN OFFICE 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK **
What you'll do
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT requests - ticket, chat, and walk-up
• Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and connectivity issues on Windows, Linux and MacOS
• Handle account access, password resets, and everyday questions across our collaboration and business tools
• Image, configure, and ship laptops; maintain hardware inventory and coordinate warranty repairs
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on new hire setup, role changes, and offboarding
• Run routine patching and software updates, and help verify device compliance
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles and how-to guides that cut down repeat tickets
• Escalate what is beyond your scope, and spot patterns worth fixing at the root
Requirements
What we're looking for
• Located in central Ohio and and willingness to come into Dublin office 2-3 days per week
• 1-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support - internships, campus IT jobs, and co-ops count
• A degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
• Comfort troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and common business tools
• Strong customer-service instincts: patience and clear explanations
• Organization - you can juggle several open requests and know what is still outstanding
• Curiosity about how systems work, and interest in learning identity, SaaS administration, and security
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment, and occasional flexibility for after-hours maintenance or urgent issues
Nice to have - not expected
• CompTIA A+, Network +, Security+, or ITIL Foundation
• Experience with a ticketing system such as Jira Service Management
• Exposure to Entra ID, MFA, or SSO
• Endpoint or mobile device management tooling
• Basic scripting in PowerShell, Bash of Python
• Foundational networking - DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi
• Interest in cybersecurity or Azure
