HiFyve is hiring an Injection Mold Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!
Pay: $32–$36/hr
Shift: Any shift
Location: Columbus, OH

About the Role
This role supports injection molding operations through mold setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure quality, efficiency, and uptime.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, clean, troubleshoot, and repair injection molds
- Perform mold adjustments, modifications, and complex repairs
- Diagnose molding issues and support production efficiency
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Document maintenance, repairs, and quality findings
- Support new mold trials and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Follow all safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Experience as a Mold Technician (injection molding preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Experience with machining tools, welding, and mold repair
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
- Familiarity with CMMS and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
