Job description

TBIL Injection Molding Technician
This position is an hourly position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively manage the set up, processing and run of up to 5 injection machines.
  2. Responsible for managing mold changes according to kanban system, setting dies for required runs and troubleshooting injection machine and mold issues.
  3. Daily operation of injection mold machines, mold changing equipment and operating an overhead crane.
  4. Will involve troubleshooting of all molding equipment.
  1. Responsible for all mold changes and color changes.

Qualifications include:
Qualified candidates need to have the ability to make quick, precise and effective decisions while always focusing on safety and quality. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and adapt well to changes.
High school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have two years previous injection mold experience (machines and robots), manufacturing experience and experience with problem solving.
