Job description

Description:

Named a Great Place to Work for the 7th consecutive year!!

Join our Tool Room Department as a Mold Maker supporting injection molding production. Great work hours: 6 am- 2 pm

  • Repair and troubleshoot injection molds and hot runner systems (we do not build tooling)
  • Support the shop floor to minimize downtime
  • Read and work from tool prints and drawings
  • Use mills, lathes, grinders, and hand tools



Requirements:
  • 1–2+ years of injection mold repair experience
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working on molds in the press
  • Overhead crane experience
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid drivers license for travel between plants or driving company vehicles. Physical requirements may include long periods of sitting, standing, stairs, kneeling, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 35 pounds. Will be exposed to the odor of plastics, required to work in small tight spaces and climb ladders. Will be part of on call rotation. Must be able to work OT and off shifts as needed. Other duties as required.
