Job description

Cath Lab RN – Cath Lab / EP Lab

Shift Options: 4x9 (36 hrs/wk) or 5x8 (40 hrs/wk) — specify chosen shift on submittal Start Time Options: 7:00 AM or 7:45 AM, Monday–Friday Call: One night per week; call every 4th weekend

Minimum 3 years Cath Lab experience (required) Charge RN experience: preferred Trauma Level II experience: preferred Community hospital experience: preferred EPIC experience: required Pre/Post-op cath lab experience: required Required: ACLS, BLS, State RN license in hand at time of submission Preferred: CCI RCIS

Provide nursing care in a Cath Lab setting, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor and assess patients pre, during, and post-procedure to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective patient management and care. Administer medications and perform necessary interventions as per protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and charting in the electronic medical record system. Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care.

Fingerprinting: strict/urgent requirement — candidate must complete fingerprinting as soon as the contract is signed; strict compliance deadline: Tuesday prior to start. References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be a manager/director (charge RN acceptable as 2nd). No coworker references. Vaccines: Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
