Job description

Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! The Events amp; Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, including content creation, event planning, and internal and external communication efforts.

  • Research market trends, identify new market opportunities, and provide creative ideas
  • Collaborate with all departments to understand communication needs and secure information necessary for media relations and engagement
  • Manage the relationship with our external marketing partner and collaborate on internal and external communication materials, including content for:
    • ​Speaking engagements and award applications
    • Outbound email marketing and event promotions
    • SEO strategy development amp; oversight
  • Create, schedule, and manage all social media content across platforms to brand awareness and lead generation goals
    • ​Social media, website, and SharePoint
  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies that align team members with company goals, culture, and initiatives
  • Internal newsletters and monthly all-employee meetings
  • Collaborate with HR to align strategies
  • Evaluate new marketing tools and platforms, lead the selection process, and manage implementation, resource coordination, and sales adoption through collaboration with sales leadership
  • Distribute updated internal and external communication materials including campaign launches
Qualifications amp; Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking and presentations 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics data and use as an analytic tool
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to design and implement a successful marketing strategy with a creative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience strategizing and executing marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns
  • Work samples may be requested
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like CRM, SEO, Adobe Acrobat, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
