Our growing industrial manufacturing client is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer who is skilled in Reliability programs. Your goal will be to manage and improve the plantโs Predictive Maintenance & Reliability programs. Your goal is to use a variety of testing technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared, measurements of sound levels, oil analysis, corona detection & others to identify potential maintenance problems and create, implement, and manage strategic plans that will maximize equipment use.
As the Reliability Engineer, youโll use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PPM optimization, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes as well as vibration, infrared, oil and ultrasonic analysis to identify problems. Working with the maintenance & engineering staff to identify solutions, youโll develop a plan for equipment repair and set standards and create needed schedules for repairs.
Youโll be the coach & mentor to other engineers & maintenance staff who will look to you to provide technical expertise & engineering support. Your focus is solving problems and getting everyone on board with the solution.
Youโll need to be a good communicator as youโll be working with a diverse group of employees and contractors. Youโll need to be meticulous and organized as you prepare technical reports to communicate schedules, capital projects progress, risk analysis & return on investment. Youโll need to be computer savvy and SAP is our preferred program.
Minimum requirements for this Reliability Engineering position:
ยท BS degree in Electrical Engineering
ยท At least 3 yearsโ experience in a Reliability role in a manufacturing facility
ยท Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Preventative Maintenance programs.
