$20,000 Sign-On 2-Year Contract

Shift: 7pm - 7:30am | Avg. Weekly Hours: 36

Nurse Overview: Provide direct and indirect patient care across all age groups (neonate to geriatric) using the nursing process.

Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions, including functional/cognitive deficits.
  • Develop and update nursing plans of care with expected outcomes.
  • Deliver safe and prioritized nursing interventions.
  • Evaluate patient progress and coordinate care with team members.
  • Delegate tasks and assist in staff training.
  • Provide health education to patients and families.
  • Maintain patient records and meet CMS quality indicators.

Nurse Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
  • Current Ohio RN license.
  • AHA Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
  • EKG competency, ACLS, and PALS (within 6 months for Float Pool).
