Countryside Manor is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day Shift in Fremont, Ohio!

Experienced RNs and newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply!

RN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Develop, implement, and follow individualized resident care plans

  • Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the care team

  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

  • Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the nursing team

  • Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns

  • Coordinate resident care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
