RN Supervisor – Continental Manor, Blanchester, OH

Continental Manor is a well-established, resident-focused skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Blanchester. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team. If you take pride in your clinical expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality care, we want to hear from you!

Position: Full-Time RN Supervisor
Location: Continental Manor – Blanchester, OH

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments

  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nurses and STNAs

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
