Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate registered nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a registered nurse contracted through Alto Health Care Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose your assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid RN license in the state(s) of practice or compact license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred based on assignment requirements.
