Job Title: Environmental Associate Attorney (Junior & Senior Opportunities Available)

The Ideal Candidate:

Junior Environmental Associate

  • 2–5 years of environmental law experience in a law firm or government setting
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations
  • Interest in environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory counseling
  • Licensed or eligible to practice law in Ohio
  • Motivated team player eager to grow within a sophisticated environmental practice

Senior Environmental Associate

  • 5+ years of environmental law experience in a law firm or government setting
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including clean water compliance, hazardous waste management, and oil & gas regulatory frameworks
  • Experience handling environmental permitting, compliance counseling, and enforcement matters preferred
  • Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
