This product focuses on simplifying authentication processes, enabling secure session management, and supporting consistent, compliant servicing workflows across teller and banker interactions.

A critical component of this experience is the Secure Session and Authentication (SS&A) platform, which provides a unified, guided interface for customer search, identity verification, and access management within the branch.

The Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Authentication in Branch is a strategic and execution leadership role responsible for driving product outcomes across authentication capabilities that are foundational to secure, compliant, and seamless branch experiences. This role partners closely across product, technology, risk, fraud, design, and operations to deliver modern authentication experiences that balance customer experience, security, and operational efficiency.

This leader supports one or more product areas within SS&A and broader authentication capabilities, ensuring alignment to product line strategy while enabling high-quality, predictable delivery across agile teams. The role combines strategic thinking, backlog ownership, and delivery leadership to drive measurable business outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

  • Partner across product, technology, UX, risk, fraud, and operations to ensure integrated delivery, dependency management, and aligned sequencing of work
  • Act as a key participant in planning processes including PI planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-product coordination forums
  • Drive customer-centered authentication experiences that streamline identity verification, reduce friction for trusted customers, and strengthen fraud controls
  • Make informed product decisions by evaluating customer feedback, delivery metrics, operational insights, and emerging authentication risks or technologies
  • Ensure product delivery meets compliance, risk, and control requirements, while maintaining a focus on usability and efficiency
  • Lead and influence Agile execution by supporting backlog readiness, sprint planning, and delivery governance across aligned teams
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with enterprise authentication and identity services
  • Monitor and improve product performance through defined KPIs and outcome metrics, including authentication success rates, fraud mitigation, and experience quality
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication of product strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery progress
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners to resolve issues, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide team
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
