Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid

  • Research and maintain current with compliance laws and regulations and provide guidance to business lines, addressing a wide variety of compliance questions, including operational direction on regulatory compliance matters
  • Assist in the design and/or provide input on the design of procedures to evaluate lines of business compliance
  • Complete compliance review of enterprise-wide marketing and communication materials
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments to assess potential impacts on lines of business
  • Assist the Corporate Compliance Director and Manager with the oversight of the Compliance Management Program, which generally consists of regulatory change management, compliance policy and procedures, consumer complaints, compliance training program, and various other activities
  • Participate in ongoing internal and external education opportunities to sustain a broad base of regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Individually and, if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide compliance, operational, and reputation risks
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is non-exempt and full-time. A minimum 37.5 hours per week is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.  

A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information. 

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required

Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred

2 to 4 years of general experience in consumer compliance with a strong understanding of regulatory concepts, including knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection laws and public interest laws and regulations, supervisory compliance examination procedures, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices preferred
