Job description

Position: Analyst – Capital Markets
Position Overview:
The Analyst will support the Capital Markets team, which is responsible for Rockbridge's capital raising, fund formation, fund governance, and investor relations activities across existing and future investment platforms. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting investor communications, reporting, data management, and due diligence initiatives. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, track record maintenance, investor reporting, preparation of fundraising materials, and support of other strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of fundraising documents and communications, including analytical support and pitchbook materials.
  • Create and manage presentation materials for investor meetings, including underlying data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and analyze Rockbridge track record, investor, and market data to support investor relations and due diligence efforts.
  • Provide analytical, writing, and proofreading support for investor relations initiatives, including quarterly reports, annual reports, and other investor communications.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of investor due diligence materials, including data rooms, questionnaires, and recurring information requests.
  • Help prepare for Rockbridge's Annual Investor Meeting by assisting with presentation development and supporting materials.Interface with internal teams, including senior executives, asset management, accounting, legal, and operations, to coordinate information and support investor-related deliverables.
  • Provide analytical support for new strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Support Rockbridge's goal of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancement and technological advancement.
Job Requirements:

  • Flexible and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-sensitive environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial, operational, and market data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, real estate, hospitality, of investor relations is beneficial but not required.
  • Passing Series 7 and 63 exams may be required.
