  • Manage building access by verifying visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence while providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist residents with requests including package delivery, grocery assistance, key assistance, amenity reservations, and other concierge services.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct routine patrols of the building, grounds, and parking garage.
  • Maintain knowledge of building security systems, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including fire, elevator, medical, and security incidents.
  • Coordinate resident meeting room reservations and serve as a central point of contact for resident services.
  • Manage package deliveries through Building Link, including package registration, notifications, and resident delivery requests.
  • Verify contractor work orders and issue building access credentials when appropriate.

  • Perform monthly safety inspections and report deficiencies through the work order system.
  • Support management with special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with valet parking services for residents and guests as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents while delivering a luxury hospitality experience.
What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn building management software systems.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to patrol building grounds and parking areas regularly.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a lobby, residential, and hospitality-style environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively during emergency situations.
Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Promote-from-within culture
