The Columbus Regional Airport Authority manages and operates passenger-focused John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), cargo-focused Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK), and general aviation airport Bolton Field (TZR).

Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence:

  • Administers the functional configuration of Office 365, including SharePoint, SharePoint Advanced Management, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot, and Office applications, ensuring alignment with GCC and B2B best practices.
  • Leads Microsoft 365 governance efforts, including organizing meetings, maintaining meeting agendas and minutes, participating in decision-making and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitors Microsoft service health, roadmap updates, deprecations, and licensing impacts; communicates changes clearly across departments.
  • Partners with Cybersecurity to ensure configurations and changes meet security, compliance, and data protection requirements, applying frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS controls.
  • Supports Purview-related governance including sensitivity labels, retention policies, data loss prevention, and information lifecycle management.
  • Champions change management initiatives for Microsoft 365 features, enhancements, and governance decisions, ensuring users understand impacts, especially related to security and compliance.
  • Assesses and improves business processes supported by Microsoft's productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Performs related work as required.
  • Salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. The offered salary is evaluated using internal equity, job knowledge, skills, experience, and other key factors.

Your "Landing" will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platform administration, governance, collaboration systems, or related support functions; Or equivalent of education and experience
  • Experienced in applying cybersecurity principles (e.g., data protection, external sharing governance, secure collaboration) in a cloud environment
  • Experienced with SharePoint Online content structure, information architecture, and document lifecycle governance
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Office apps, Copilot)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)
