They are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to resolve software, hardware, and network issues, offering technical assistance to a diverse range of customers and support specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
• Offer technical assistance to a diverse range of customers and support specialists.
• Support both Windows and Mac OS platforms, ensuring seamless operation in a variety of environments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in desktop support, with hands-on experience supporting laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices.
• Proficiency in supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meeting, and event spaces.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary.
• Organized and systematic approach to managing information and documentation.
Preferred:
• Experience with network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with classroom technology installations or educational environments
• Leadership capabilities in managing projects and assignments.
