We are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.

Chief Financial Officer | $250-350k + Bonus

We are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions
  • Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions
  • Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives
  • Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities
  • Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
  • Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience
  • 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role
  • Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management
  • Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups
  • Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred
  • MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plus
