This is more than a teaching role. You'll lead educational programming, mentor staff, and shape meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals

  • Develop and oversee IEPs aligned with student goals

  • Provide direct, individualized instruction

  • Use data to guide teaching strategies and progress

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers

  • Support student growth, transitions, and long-term success
