Direct Support Professional
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available
Location: Delaware County

At Ability Matters, we support individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful lives in their communities. We are not a home health agency. We are a community inclusion organization. That means we are in the community - gyms, libraries, volunteering, restaurants, events, and real-world experiences.
We're expanding into Delaware County and looking for dedicated, passionate, community-minded leaders to join our team.
What You'll Do
  • Support individuals in gaining confidence and independence
  • Engage in community activities and events
  • Provide personalized support
  • Help build communication and life skills
  • Participate in real-world travel experiences
  • Be an advocate for inclusion and opportunity

  • Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
