Job description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Title Administration Specialist in Columbus, OH. This is a hybrid position working onsite 2 days, remotely 3 days per week. The working schedule is 9am-5:30pm EST.


About the Position:

This person will support vehicle title operations throughout the loan lifecycle, including title document processing, lien perfection, title transfers, and lien releases.


They will review, prepare, send, and track title documentation while resolving title exceptions and communicating with borrowers, vendors, lienholders, and state agencies.


This individual will maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, manage assigned cases and tasks, and ensure work is completed within established SLAs. They will partner with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, Servicing, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and move accounts through title workflows. Additionally, they will help identify process improvements, support operational efficiencies, and maintain compliance with state title requirements.


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in operations, financial services, loan servicing, customer support, or case management
  • Experience using CRM or case management systems to manage work queues and maintain records
  • Experience handling multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) or productivity goals
  • Experience communicating with customers, vendors, or internal business partners
  • Ability to review and process documentation accurately in a high-volume environment


Preferred / Nice to Have Experience:

  • Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien perfection, DMV processes, or auto lending operations
  • Experience using Salesforce, DDI, or similar operations platforms
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or supporting knowledge sharing
