Envision yourself as a Project Manager:

  • Serving as the primary day-to-day Project Manager and customer service contact for national blue-chip customers on their construction and facility maintenance projects!
  • Coordinating the activities necessary to successfully execute sign construction and installation projects including: investigate job sites and code requirements, select installation contractors, negotiate installation rates, oversee work performance of installers, coordinate manufacture and shipment of signs through our production facilities to job sites nationwide
  • Working with our Business Development team to grow accounts into valued partnerships.
  • Feeling the satisfaction of literally seeing the results of a job well done!

You are a positive, responsible, and confident Project Manager professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Your Project Manager experience includes multi-site retail construction, store planning, and/or facility maintenance. You are great with details and possess a natural sense of urgency to effectively execute in a timely manner. You are a Project Manager excited by the challenge of problem-solving, committed to proactive client service, and excel at managing multiple construction projects in a fast pace, entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy learning and doing things right. You relish the opportunity to go the extra mile and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, no matter what it takes. And of course, you can be consistently relied upon to make and honor your commitments to do what you say.

You are a Project Manager who wants to be a part of a fantastic team!

Desired backgrounds include:

  • 5+ years in multi-site retail construction, store planning, signage, and/or facility maintenance
  • Project Manager experience with multiple simultaneous construction projects
  • Experience in the investigation of building codes, sign codes, and permitting
  • Negotiation with and management of construction subcontractors
  • Understanding of design and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency reading construction blueprints
  • Excellent computer and technology skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Remote candidates with significant sign experience considered
  • Previous experience with Project Management and/or Design software is a plus.
